Music on the Bay 2015 – FAQs

Absolutely NO coolers (either small personal or larger) or outside drinks are permitted
at the event. Coolers will be be checked at entrance gate.
 
CASH IS KING! – ATM Available on Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach Bar ($4 service fee per transaction). ATM is located by Registration tents.
 
Host hotels are Best Western Bay Harbor Tampa and Chase Suites Tampa

Parking - Valet parking is available through Whiskey Joe’s. WJ’s has access to a 500 car parking garage where cars will be housed.  Self-park in garage and take a shuttle (free after 6pm on Friday through Sunday). No Charge, but tipping is strongly encouraged.  Beach parking will also be available after 6pm on Friday in the lot closest to Whiskey Joe’s. There may be a charge for beach parking. 
 
Beach Gear - You may bring a beach chair to the event. There is 24 hour security available throughout the weekend.  No canopy or pop-up tents. Space on the beach is reserved for chairs.  A Limited number of beach umbrellas may be used, but away from the stage.

Thursday – 4 pm – 9 pm 
Friday – 9 am - 10 pm
Saturday – 9 am – 9 pm
Sunday – 10 am - 4 pm
 
Registration is non-transferable or refundable
 
a photo ID is required for registration.


ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR LANYARDS AND WRIST BANDS (worn on wrist) AT ALL TIMES AT WHISKEY JOE’S

Music on the Bay is and an
ADULT EVENT - Attendees MUST BE 21 or older to attend

No inappropriate attire permitted - Violating attendee will be escorted out of the event.

 
Pets – No pets allowed on Whiskey Joe’s Barefoot Beach Bar area.
 
Auctions and Raffles -
 50/50 Raffle - $1 tickets Thursday evening, drawing at 9 pm.  
and Sunday at 3 pm.  Winning Raffle Numbers will be posted at 8 pm and 4 pm respectively.  Chinese Auction tickets are 25 for $20.
Special Raffles held on Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 7 pm and Sunday at 3 pm, or 5 tickets for $20. Credit cards accepted.
 
Items must be picked up the evening of the raffle or silent auction by 10pm and 5pm respectively. Any items left will become property of Music on the Bay.
  
MOTB Merchandise & Entertainers Merchandise –
Entertainers Merchandise - Cash and Checks, check with musicians for Credit Card purchase
MOTB Merchandise is sold by Whiskey Joe’s – Cash and Credit Cards
 
Beverages – All beverages must be paid for with cash or credit card.  You will not be permitted to run a tab.
 
Transportation – During the event days and at the end of each night, multiple shuttles and limos will transport attendees to and from the event hotels, Best Western, Chase Suites, DoubleTree, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton Inn, Sailport Waterfront and garage.  Tipping is encouraged!
 
Shuttle service is for transport to and from hotels. parkimg garage and Whiskey Joe’s only.
